Remaining payment must be made by April 1, 2008.
You will receive a credit authorization form along with an invoice confirming your registration. If you do not wish to pay by Visa or Master Card you can also mail in payment by check.

No refunds made after June 1st other than in the event of accident or injury prior to or during the session. One half of the unused fees will be refunded if the request is accompanied by a Doctor's statement verifying the nature of the injury.

No refunds will be given if a player leaves because of his own desire or is a "no show", or is expelled or dismissed for any reason.
