Cost for 6 days is $725.00 + 5% GST. Includes Hockey Jersey and Skate Sharpening.

A $50 service fee will be charged for cancellations prior to June 1, 2010.

No refunds made after June 1, 2010 except in the event of an accident or injury prior to or during the session.

No refunds will be given if a player leaves because of his/her own desire or is a "No Show" or is expelled and/or dismissed for any reason.
