Fees, 19th Annual Banff International Hockey School

Payment and Refunds

• Cost for 6 days is $755.00 + 5% GST ($792.75). Includes accommodation, all meals, hockey jersey, swimming and skate sharpening.
• $250.00 deposit must accompany this application.
  Remaining payment is due by May 1, 2012.
• A $50.00 service fee will be charged for cancellations prior to June 1, 2012.
• No refunds made after June 1st except in event of accident or injury prior to or during the session. One half of the unused fees will be refunded if the request is accompanied by a doctor's statement verifying the nature of the injury.
• No refunds will be given if a player leaves because of his/her own desire or is a 'no show' or is expelled and/or dismissed for any reason.
